Supplier Lead Time
Supplier lead time is the expected elapsed time between placing a purchasing order and receiving the goods.

Supplier lead time is the expected elapsed time between placing a purchasing order and receiving the goods. Distinguish supplier preparation time from internal approval time and any added safety buffer.
In Odoo
Odoo vendor pricelists hold delivery lead times used in replenishment scheduling. The configured time is a planning assumption, while actual receipt dates show supplier performance; safety lead times are additional settings rather than evidence that the supplier is faster.
