Perfect Order Rate
Perfect order rate measures the percentage of orders completed without any defined failure, usually including complete quantity, timeliness, damage-free delivery and correct documents.
Definition
In general ERP practice
Perfect order rate measures the percentage of orders completed without any defined failure, usually including complete quantity, timeliness, damage-free delivery and correct documents. Every included criterion must pass for the order to qualify.
In Odoo
Odoo sales, delivery, invoicing and quality records supply relevant evidence. A completed delivery alone is not a perfect order; external damage or delivery confirmation may need integration and the combined KPI requires an agreed calculation.
Official Odoo documentation
The Odoo-specific explanation above is based on the documentation for Odoo 19. Features and workflows can differ in other versions.
