Odoo implementation, development, integration and ongoing support.

Build your implementation around the way you work

Start with the processes you need to run: managing opportunities, selling, purchasing, controlling stock, producing goods or handling finance. ERPixel identifies the Odoo modules involved and selects the appropriate implementation package for each one.

We implement CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing and Payroll, alongside other Odoo applications where your processes require them. The proposal combines the selected modules and their Standard or Advanced options into one project.

Your business processes guide the combination. For example, stock management may need to connect with sales, purchasing and accounting so that teams can follow the same transaction across departments. We assess these connections when defining the work.

Four essentials in every implementation package

Both Standard and Advanced include the work needed to put the agreed process into operation.

Configuration and adaptation

We configure Odoo around the selected business process, including the settings and adaptations covered by your package. Your team receives a system prepared for its agreed work.

Data migration

We move the agreed business data into Odoo. The method and included work depend on the module, package and source data. We establish what your team needs to prepare and identify any additional migration work before it becomes part of the commitment.

User training

Your users learn how to work with the implemented process through ERPixel’s training approach for the relevant module. Training focuses on the work they need to perform in Odoo.

For learning beyond your implementation training, explore our Odoo training courses, available separately.

Practical documentation

We provide documentation for the implemented solution, giving users and responsible employees a reference they can use independently after handover.

Standard or Advanced, chosen for each module

Each option has a defined scope and a fixed price. The details differ by module, so your proposal explains the inclusions and boundaries of every selected package.

Standard: a defined starting point for typical processes

Standard follows ERPixel’s established implementation approach for the module. It suits businesses whose process fits that predefined scope, including the configuration and adaptations needed to launch it.

For example, Sales Standard helps a team prepare quotations, communicate with customers and manage its normal sales workflow, with agreed migration, training and documentation.

Explore Odoo Sales to learn more about the sales processes the module supports.

Advanced: more scope for deeper adaptation

Advanced accommodates a broader implementation scope. The choice can depend on process complexity, migration needs, warehouse operations, configuration or training requirements.

Every Advanced package includes additional development hours. These can support migration adaptations or relatively small development requirements. The included amount and applicable work are defined for the selected module; requirements beyond the package are assessed separately.

For Inventory, a straightforward warehouse with simple routing can suit Standard. Multiple warehouses or more complex internal operations can call for Advanced. We review the actual process before selecting the option.

How your Odoo implementation cost is calculated

Your estimate is assembled from the modules you need and the Standard or Advanced package chosen for each. Every module implementation has a fixed scope and fixed price, documented in the proposal.

You can see which work you are buying, the price of each component and any additional requirements. A special notification, a custom calculation or a particular way of handling payment information may need a separate estimate if it falls outside the package.

Other project components are made explicit:

  1. Third-party modules

The purchase cost can appear as a separate item. Any ERPixel configuration or adaptation work around that module is assessed separately.

  2. Installation and hosting

ERPixel can provide Odoo installation and hosting as additional elements of the proposal.

  3. External integrations

Connections with systems you retain need their own agreed exchange requirements. Explore our Odoo integration services if your project involves ecommerce, warehouses or other external platforms.

The result is a project estimate based on the work your business needs. Additional requirements receive an additional proposal, keeping changes visible as the project develops.

Find the right starting point for your business

Tell us how you sell, purchase, store goods and manage finance, along with the systems you use today. We will identify the relevant modules and implementation options for your proposal.

From your first conversation to a working system

Appoint a representative who understands the business and can make decisions. Their participation in meetings, timely information and approval of completed work help keep the implementation moving.

  1. 01

Discuss your business and select the scope

We review your processes, legal entities, warehouses and priorities, then select the modules and implementation options. In a typical case, one or two interviews give ERPixel enough information to prepare the project estimate. More complex requirements may need further investigation.

  2. 02

Review the proposal and delivery sequence

The proposal sets out the selected packages, their prices and any additional work. If you prefer a phased rollout, we agree which processes to implement first and which follow later.

  3. 03

Configure, migrate and prepare your users

We deliver the agreed configuration and adaptations, move the selected data, train your users and provide documentation. Your representatives review the working processes and imported data so that business decisions can be resolved during delivery.

  4. 04

Check the agreed work and launch

We check the agreed scope with your team before launch. The implementation schedule follows the work involved and its dependencies, including data readiness and access to other systems.

Experience across connected business processes

01

Manufacturing ERP for more than 100 users

ERPixel implemented and developed an Odoo environment connecting sales, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, service and finance for an international manufacturer. The work included complex bills of materials, serial-number tracking and distributed logistics, with ERP data feeding a separate analytics layer. This experience is relevant when your implementation must connect commercial decisions with production, stock and after-sales operations.

    02

A complete implementation for production and trading

For an agricultural production and trading company, ERPixel implemented Odoo across sales, production, procurement, inventory and accounting. The project included historical data migration, integration with existing systems, user training and functional documentation. It demonstrates the combination of system delivery and user preparation needed when several departments move to a shared ERP.

Keep your Odoo system useful after launch

Ongoing support is a separate service under a separate agreement. It can cover user questions, data issues, training for new employees, operational problems and approved development work.

The agreement defines the commercial terms and available hours. We agree which tasks to handle within that allowance and discuss the options if you need more capacity.

      Questions before you start

Can we choose different options for different modules?

Yes. Standard and Advanced are selected at module level. Your proposal can combine different options according to the processes and implementation work required.

Does a phased rollout reduce the total implementation cost?

Phasing primarily changes the delivery sequence. It does not materially change the total cost in most cases because the underlying work remains. It can help you bring priority processes into use before later stages.

Can you move data that does not fit a standard import?

We assess the source data and the work needed to prepare it for Odoo. Advanced includes development capacity that can support migration adaptation; the exact allowance depends on the selected package. More extensive preparation, transformation or migration work requires its own agreed scope. See our Odoo migration services for more complex migrations.

What if we need something outside the agreed package?

We assess the requirement and provide an additional proposal, identifying whether it is necessary for the project or an optional improvement. You can decide how to proceed with a clear view of the extra work.
