Free Online Invoice Generator
Create a customer invoice for goods or services. Fill in the details, check the totals, then print your document or save it as a PDF.
What is a customer invoice?
A customer invoice records what a customer is billed for: the goods or services supplied, their quantities and prices, applicable tax and the total amount.
In Odoo Invoicing, customer invoices can be created directly or from sales orders. Service invoicing can connect with Project and Timesheets, while goods invoicing can follow the sales and delivery workflow through Sales and Inventory, depending on the invoicing policy.
When an invoice is posted, Odoo creates the accounting journal entry. Receivables and revenue feed accounting reports, including the general ledger, profit and loss and aged receivables. Analytic distributions on invoice lines can help attribute revenue to projects or other business dimensions.
