Utilization Rate

Utilization rate expresses used capacity as a percentage of available capacity for the same period. For example, billable hours divided by available working hours measures billable utilization, not all productive activity.

Odoo Timesheets and Planning provide actual effort and planned resource capacity. The closest functions are their reports and schedules; define leave, holidays, nonbillable work and the period before calculating a comparable rate.
