Labor tracking records the time people spend on work for execution, costing or performance analysis. Operator time, machine elapsed time and payroll attendance may differ.
In Odoo
Odoo Shop Floor tracks both work-order duration and individual operators’ time. Employee hourly costs and work-center costs affect manufacturing costing; a manufacturing timer is not automatically the same record as payroll attendance or a service timesheet.
