An RFQ asks a supplier to offer prices and delivery terms for specified goods or services.

An RFQ asks a supplier to offer prices and delivery terms for specified goods or services. It supports comparison and negotiation before a confirmed purchasing commitment.
In Odoo
Odoo Purchase creates RFQs with vendor, products, quantities and commercial terms. Confirming an RFQ turns it into a purchase order; alternative RFQs can compare suppliers where purchase agreements are enabled.
