The employee lifecycle is the sequence of employment stages from recruitment and onboarding through role changes and eventual departure. Each stage can involve records, approvals and tasks.
In Odoo
Odoo connects Recruitment and employee creation with Employees onboarding and offboarding activity plans. Contracts and other HR apps manage relevant employment details; there is no need to treat the whole lifecycle as one undifferentiated transaction.
