Dispatch List (DPL)
A dispatch list is a prioritized queue of production jobs or operations assigned to a work center or team.

A dispatch list is a prioritized queue of production jobs or operations assigned to a work center or team.
It identifies the next work to perform, with information such as order reference, quantity, due date, readiness and status. Dispatching sequences executable work; it does not replace the wider production plan.
In Odoo
Odoo 19 Shop Floor presents manufacturing and work orders by work center and scheduled date, with order priority affecting their sequence. Agree the readiness rules and who can change priorities before using the queue as a dispatch list.
Practical example
A delayed material receipt can make the highest-priority job impossible to start. Keep readiness visible so operators can select the next authorized job rather than repeatedly stopping at an unavailable order.
