Odoo Integration with Amazon, ShipStation and Bitrix for Yurinoxwear
Odoo integration case study connecting Yurinoxwear with Amazon, ShipStation and Bitrix across products, orders, inventory, fulfillment and delivery status.
Project context
PPE manufacturing, wholesale and ecommerce
Yurinoxwear supplies personal protective equipment and workwear for construction, medical, law-enforcement and other professional environments. Growing ecommerce and fulfillment activity required Amazon, the Bitrix storefront and third-party logistics to work with one operational ERP.
Product, stock, sales-order, shipping and delivery information existed across four systems: Odoo, Amazon, ShipStation and Bitrix. The business needed dependable cross-system synchronization while retaining Odoo as the shared platform for sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting.

ERPixel solution
How the work was approached
ERPixel implemented Odoo Enterprise and developed the integration flows connecting Amazon marketplace activity, ShipStation fulfillment and the Bitrix ecommerce platform. Product and stock data, orders, shipment information and delivery statuses move through explicit system boundaries so commercial and logistics teams can work from a coordinated operating model.
Implementation details
Architecture, workflows and reporting scope
Four-system integration architecture
The project coordinates Odoo, Amazon, ShipStation and Bitrix as systems with different responsibilities. Odoo remains the operational ERP while marketplace, storefront and fulfillment events move through controlled integration flows.
- Odoo Enterprise operational core
- Amazon marketplace channel
- Bitrix ecommerce storefront
- ShipStation and connected 3PL operations
Amazon Connector
The Amazon integration connects marketplace demand and fulfillment information with the ERP records used by commercial and operations teams.
- Amazon sales-order synchronization
- Delivery-status updates
- Shipping-information exchange
- Inventory data coordination
ShipStation and 3PL fulfillment
ShipStation provides the communication boundary between Odoo and external logistics operations, allowing order fulfillment and shipping progress to remain visible to the ERP workflow.
- Order handoff for fulfillment
- Third-party logistics communication
- Shipment-information synchronization
- Delivery-status return flow
Bitrix ecommerce integration
The Bitrix connector keeps the ecommerce storefront aligned with operational data in Odoo instead of creating a separate product and inventory administration process.
- Product-information exchange
- Stock-level synchronization
- Ecommerce order data
- Shared operational records in Odoo
Odoo business applications
The connectors work around configured ERP processes. Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting provide the records and ownership needed to act on synchronized channel data.
- Odoo Sales
- Odoo Purchase
- Odoo Inventory
- Odoo Accounting
- Unified user workflow across channels
Transformation
Before and after
The operational change delivered through the project.
Before
- Marketplace, storefront, fulfillment and ERP information was distributed across four systems.
- Product and inventory discrepancies could emerge when channels were updated independently.
- Sales orders and delivery information required coordination between ecommerce and logistics platforms.
- Teams lacked one operational view spanning sales, purchasing, stock, accounting and fulfillment.
After
- Odoo Enterprise provides the central operating layer for Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting.
- Amazon sales orders, delivery statuses and shipping information synchronize with the ERP workflow.
- ShipStation connects Odoo with third-party logistics and order-fulfillment activity.
- Bitrix ecommerce data participates in the same product, stock and order flows.
- Product information, inventory, shipping and delivery state remain coordinated across channels.
