Project Budget

A project budget sets planned revenue or expenditure for a defined project and period. It is a baseline for control, separate from actual cost already recognized and from a remaining-cost forecast.

Odoo analytic budgets can be allocated to project analytic accounts after configuring plans and accounts. Compare budgeted amounts with the relevant actual and committed measures; a task’s allocated hours is a time budget, not automatically a complete money budget.
