Cost per Hire

Cost per hire is the recruitment expenditure attributable to a period or hiring cohort divided by the number of hires in that same scope. The cost basis can include advertising, agencies and internal recruiting work.

Odoo Recruitment Source Analysis records recruitment outcomes by source. Accounting and analytic records can supply expenditure, but source effectiveness is not itself a complete cost-per-hire report; link attributable costs to a consistent set of hires.
