About the Client

The client is an international property management company operating multiple short-term rental units across several locations. Rapid growth created operational bottlenecks: fragmented data, manual commission calculations, person-dependent workflows and no system capable of scaling. The company approached ERPixel to build a unified, automated platform that would stabilise operations and eliminate manual work.

What We Delivered

ERPixel designed and implemented a complete Property Management system on Odoo ERP, covering the entire operational and financial lifecycle:

• A dedicated module for Properties, Room Types and Units, including ownership structure and analytical accounting.

• Full Beds24 API integration for autonomous creation and updating of bookings, cancellations, check-outs and payments.

• Automated creation of Sales Orders, Invoices, Vendor Bills, Customer Payments and analytic entries.

• Digital contract management with Odoo Sign, including management fee rules, payout terms and lifecycle tracking.

• Owner revenue distribution, management commission calculation, OTA commission handling and pass-through expense allocation.

• Automated monthly owner statements (summary & detailed) based on analytic dimensions.

• Unified financial workflows: top-ups, bank reconciliation, cash operations, internal revenue recognition and settlement journals.
