Stronger Without the Badge: Why ERPixel No Longer Needs Odoo Partner Status

You may have received a message today from the Odoo SA office stating that I am no longer an official Odoo Partner. That information is correct.

Why this happened

  1. The main reason: A financial disagreement between Odoo SA and me.
  2. Additionally: I have consistently raised concerns about the quality of Odoo SA’s technical support — particularly regarding urgent or complex client issues. These concerns were not well received.

What this means for you

  1. You can continue working with me without any restrictions. Your access to my services remains unchanged. If you decide to explore other service providers, I completely respect your choice — though of course, I would be sad to see you go.
  2. Your Odoo system, subscription, and all related features remain safe and fully functional.
  3. Your access to task boards and project progress is unaffected.

What’s next

  1. I remain committed to supporting you with the same level of responsibility and transparency as before. You can request updates or assistance at any time.
  2. I can still submit support tickets on your behalf if you encounter bugs or technical issues in Odoo — as I’ve always done.
  3. I’m actively exploring the possibility of reinstating partner status in another country (previously I was registered in Poland). This approach is fully legal and aligned with Odoo’s policies.
