You may have received a message today from the Odoo SA office stating that I am no longer an official Odoo Partner. That information is correct.
Why this happened
- The main reason: A financial disagreement between Odoo SA and me.
- Additionally: I have consistently raised concerns about the quality of Odoo SA’s technical support — particularly regarding urgent or complex client issues. These concerns were not well received.
What this means for you
- You can continue working with me without any restrictions. Your access to my services remains unchanged. If you decide to explore other service providers, I completely respect your choice — though of course, I would be sad to see you go.
- Your Odoo system, subscription, and all related features remain safe and fully functional.
- Your access to task boards and project progress is unaffected.
What’s next
- I remain committed to supporting you with the same level of responsibility and transparency as before. You can request updates or assistance at any time.
- I can still submit support tickets on your behalf if you encounter bugs or technical issues in Odoo — as I’ve always done.
- I’m actively exploring the possibility of reinstating partner status in another country (previously I was registered in Poland). This approach is fully legal and aligned with Odoo’s policies.
